what a disaster! the hot tub was lukewarm, and the pillows felt like absolute bricks—very uncomfortable. i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience. also, the hotel lobby looked like a war zone with workers drilling at all hours, making the stay even more unbearable. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed the indoor pool and the hotel was clean and welcoming. Nearby, check out North Folk Winery and Wild Mountain Winery if you want some fun activities. Breakfast was solid too! Generally, everything was as expected, making for a smooth stay.
